Since he unpacked my BLOX2, he has presented a problem with the battery. The problem is that the battery to reach 80% or less begins this percentage to decline as in countdown to reach 0%.
When I do a full charge of the battery it reaches 100% and that is until the battery is demanded or when the actual charge level reaches about 70%, then the percentage shown to decar as in countdown begins.
When in countdown if the battery is demanded for example by a battery drainer, the percentage stops at some time at 40% for example and there it stays until the battery is required again.

These are the characteristics of the operation of my battery.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you tell us a bit more about your set up as that could help diagnose your issue.

For example; which model do you have, rom,(if applicable) kernel, root status, root method, any tweaks or mods, magisk modules, Xposed modules, greenify, etc.

As any thing could lead to a potential issue or drain.

If we rule out software or firmware causing the issue then it may be a hardware issue.

    Model: BLU LIFE ONE X2

    Android: 6.0,1

    ROM: Stock ROM

    Custom build version: BLU_L0091UU_V07_GENERIC 27-10-2016

    Compilation number: MMB29M release-keys

    Kernel: 3.18.24-perf-ga0e1885-0008-g5417a5b-dirty android@C208 #2

    Root: NO

    MODs: NO

This battery issue started from unpacking. I think the issue is as if the ANDROID made a poor reading of the battery level
