    Hi Experts,

I’m facing issues like “My Launcher has stopped” and “Packege Access Helper has stopped”.

I already did factory reset and not work

I download the stock room and it didnt work also.

How can I fix it ?

    My phone freeze many times.

I can add a plus one to this thread.  I am using the release 2 DRAX ROM and have the same issue.  The latest TypeApp email client will not install or update.  I either receive a Package Access Helper has stopped or the phone reboots.

Perhaps some of the senior developers may have a thought?  I wonder if it the latest Play Store that added app scanning?

Follow up, I now have two apps which have started exhibiting the same behavior. When the update has downloaded and begun the installing, I receive Process Access Helper has stopped and the install hangs until a reboot.  The apps are TypeApp email and Strava.  Both ran fine.  I have even done a full wipe, copied Drax to the internal TWRP folder and flashed it.  Still no joy.

<li style=”text-align: center;”>Any ideas would be welcome.  Is there an updated process access helper or can I kill it before installing?

I’m having the same issue when I try to update a few apps (notable Evernote & Gasbuddy).  I tried wiping cache and data and rebooting for the Package Installer app but no luck.

    Can anyone help?
